Stewart Chan handles support and privacy requests for Codepet Inc. We may need to confirm your identity or authority for a privacy request. Receiving a request does not confirm that information has been deleted.
For a problem, describe the screen, what you did, what you expected and what happened. Include your device, browser and approximate time with timezone.
Do not send passwords, verification codes, social insurance numbers, complete statements or downloaded plan files. Crop or redact screenshots, including email addresses, beneficiary names, financial amounts and private report addresses.
Quick Plan preview
You can enter your answers without signing in. Choose Sign in for free results to view the estimate, or Show Results if you’re already signed in. This preview does not offer saved plans, trials or payments. Your answers and result stay in memory in the tab where you entered them, with a temporary tab-only session-storage copy of your answers and place during sign-in. The app accepts that copy for 30 minutes and attempts cleanup on return or when an expired copy is opened; it may remain stored while you are away from RESPMax. Reloading or closing that tab can lose them.
Signing in
Quick Plan sign-in uses the same tab and returns you to your current question, or shows your results after a fresh account check. Keep the tab open and finish within 30 minutes. Back to my answers returns without calculating. If Google doesn’t complete, retry or use the latest eight-digit email code. If your browser blocks tab storage, keep the original questionnaire open and use the offered separate-tab sign-in option, then return and continue. An expired return or another tab cannot recover the temporary copy.
Signing out hides the estimate without clearing your answers. Signing out is different from deleting your account. For account access, correction or deletion, email the privacy contact above; there is no self-service account-deletion control in this preview. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Receiving your request does not confirm deletion is complete.

Understanding an estimate
Check the calculation date, tax province, income, balances, study facts and warnings. A withdrawal target is an estimate, not approval to withdraw. Confirm withdrawals with your RESP provider, including enrolment, payment room, expenses and grant restrictions.
