Quick Plan answers

You can complete the 2026 Ontario questionnaire without an account. Choose Sign in for free results to view your estimate, or Show Results if you’re already signed in. Calculation does not save or send your questionnaire answers; the answers and estimate stay in this tab’s memory. Reloading or leaving the questionnaire can lose them.

This preview offers sign-in, but does not offer saved plans, a trial or payment. Use nicknames where possible and enter another person’s information only with appropriate authority. Do not enter social insurance numbers or banking credentials.

Sign-in and cookies

Email sign-in sends your email address and verification code through the app to Supabase. Supabase creates or verifies your account and manages the sign-in session. Brevo processes your email address and sign-in message for delivery.

If you choose Google, Google and Supabase process sign-in and supply account identity information, including your email address. RESPMax does not ask for your Google password.

Essential session cookies keep you signed in. For Quick Plan sign-in, RESPMax keeps a temporary copy of your answers, current question and Back history in this tab’s session storage. Only a random return marker travels through sign-in URLs; your questionnaire answers are not sent to Google or Supabase. The app accepts the copy for up to 30 minutes and removes it when you return, including cancellation, or when an expired or invalid copy is opened. Closing the tab normally clears session storage; this is not a timed deletion guarantee for every browser copy. The app checks your session before displaying an estimate. If tab storage is blocked, keep the questionnaire open and use the separate-tab sign-in option. Signing in does not save a plan or start a trial.

Supabase authentication is configured in Canada Central. Brevo processes email in the EU, and Google and other providers may process information outside Canada. A Canadian project location does not mean every service processes information only in Canada. Account and service records have separate lifecycles; we do not promise a fixed retention period for all provider records.

Signing out of this browser hides its estimate without clearing the questionnaire answers. It does not delete your sign-in account or necessarily sign out another browser. To request account access, correction or deletion, contact us using the process below. There is no self-service account-deletion control in this preview.

Website requests

Cloudflare hosts this calculator. Website visits send technical information such as your IP address, requested page and browser information to Cloudflare to deliver and secure the service. Keeping questionnaire answers in your browser does not mean that visiting the site is anonymous.

Cloudflare also measures website performance using a browser script. It sends page and browser information and performance measurements to Cloudflare; it does not receive your questionnaire answers.

Our persisted application request logs are disabled. This does not mean Cloudflare holds no records: it processes network and security information to operate and protect its services.

Cloudflare operates globally, and information may be processed outside Canada. Its provider records and retention are governed by Cloudflare’s privacy policy. We do not promise a fixed retention period for all provider records.

Support messages and privacy requests

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you send. We use them to respond, investigate the issue or handle your privacy request. Email services process these messages separately from the calculator. We do not use them for marketing or automated AI inbox handling.

We keep only the information needed, for as long as needed to handle your request, resolve complaints and meet legal or security requirements. At case closure, we review the records and remove unnecessary copies we control. Provider backup and recovery copies have separate lifecycles; we do not promise immediate deletion from every provider or device copy.

Your questions and choices

For a service question or a privacy request, use the contact process on the support page. Send only the information needed to describe your request; do not email complete financial reports or beneficiary names and financial amounts.

We may need to confirm your identity or authority before disclosing another person’s information or acting on a request. Receiving a request does not confirm that deletion is complete.
